Now this is not an ordinary snake. It is one of the rarest snakes on earth and can only be found on Great Bird Island. This snake is endangered because it is being killed by Mongooses and it is being hunted by rat snakes. But there was a solution. People are helping them and trying to raise the amount of them left in the wild to 500. At Great Bird island, it is safe because no Mongooses are there and it is basically predator free. This is very awesome that they are doing this. We need this to happen to other animals so it is not too late.
I'm a kid in the 5th grade who loves animals and endangered animals, and I don't want them to be extinct. Can you join me?

African Wild Dog
Hello. Today I will be talking about African wild dogs. African wild dogs are very nice dogs that have a life span of 13 years in the wild. They are also used in war a lot to help the army. These dogs seem very good and helpful right? Well there is only one problem. They are endangered. This is happening because some cruel people are poisoning the very intelligent dog. No one knows why. And sometimes it is not only that. They are also dying because of diseases that spread throughout sub-Saharan Africa. Other people are also hunting them for no good reason and in my opinion that should be illegal. Here is a good source to donate to:https://www.veterans4wildlife.org/african-wild-dog?gclid=CjwKCAiAoqXQBRA8EiwAIIOWsv6XI4XVnNK2E0EBcNfzUOlQ6eg9q70xYergdCt9gOuAxG2SLJH4MBoCqiEQAvD_BwE

Caribbean Monk Seals
Hello. Today I will be talking about Caribbean Monk Seals. Most of you don't know but they are extinct. They were last seen in the 1950s and became extinct in 2008. These seals were killed for their Meat, fur and oil. They used to be in the Caribbean sea and the Gulf of Mexico. The problem that makes almost everything extinct is being hunted. This needs to stop. Also, have you noticed people have stopped hunting animals they normally hunt and started over hunting another animal? This is what they did to the seals too! I just don't understand. Why would they do this?

Extinct Dodo Birds - The Truth
I'm pretty sure you know what a dodo bird is. It is a very popular bird but sadly it is extinct. Do you know why it is extinct? Because humans (Dutch Sailors) ate the dodos and ate until they were extinct. But is that the real story? I did some research on it and it said that scientists have been keeping relatives of dodo birds and maybe get their dodo DNA and get them back. What do you think about this? Comment Down Below .

Endangered Cheetahs
Hello. Today I will be talking about Cheetahs. I know this is hard to believe but, Cheetahs are vulnerable . On National Geographic, they are only 7,100 Cheetahs left on earth. Now that is just devastating. Cheetahs seem like really common animals right? Well, they are actually very close to being endangered. Do you know why this is happening? Because human-beings are polluting the place for animals and they are affecting the habitat. It's just horrible! I can't believe people would do this! It needs to stop NOW. Here is a charity to help save endangered animals in general : https://secure.aspca.org/donate/ps-gn-p2?ms=MP_PMK_Googlenonbrand-T4&initialms=MP_PMK_Googlenonbrand-T4&pcode=WPSE9XXGOGN2PK00024&lpcode=WPSE9XXGOGN1PK00024&gclid=Cj0KCQiAlpDQBRDmARIsAAW6-DMReWTKNbC4-z7_OV05ycWqOZpVyubRK6UpnfLBTsZeuR1KXCzzldcaAvqFEALw_wcB
